Frequently asked questions
Will the AI team contact clients on its own?
Only if you want it to. Most clients start in draft-and-approve mode: the team drafts, you review, and nothing goes out without your OK.
How does this fit with my compliance requirements?
The AI team drafts marketing and messages for you to review. You stay responsible for your own licensing and compliance approvals, and nothing needs to go out until you and your compliance process have signed off.
Does it work with the tools I already use?
The team connects to the email, calendar, CRM and social tools you already use, with each tool's own permissions. Custom CRM builds are available and customized to your vision. They're one of the more involved add-ons, so pricing depends on how detailed the build is and is quoted after your free Blueprint call.
What happens if I cancel?
You can cancel anytime with 30 days' notice. Your AI team keeps working through your notice period, then we turn it off and remove our access to your accounts. The setup isn't handed over or copied, and your emails, files, calendar and client records stay in your own accounts. Setup fees aren't refundable because they cover work already done. We also back every setup with a money-back guarantee: your AI team will perform the tasks we agree on, or you get your money back.
