Who we are

G&K Custom AI Solutions (“G&K,” “we,” “us”) designs, builds and maintains custom AI assistants for businesses. This policy explains what information we collect through gkcustomai.com and through our work with clients, and how we handle it.

Information we collect

When you visit the site. We don't run analytics or advertising trackers, and we don't ask you to create an account. Like any website, our hosting provider automatically records basic technical information such as your IP address, browser type, the pages requested and the time of the request.

When you contact us. Our contact form doesn't send anything to our servers. It opens your own email app with a message addressed to us. If you send it, or email us directly, we receive whatever you include, such as your name, email address, business details and message.

When you book a call. Booking is handled by Calendly. We receive the details you enter there, such as your name, email, business information and any answers to booking questions, plus notes we take during the call.

When you become a client. To build and run your AI assistants, we may need access to business accounts and data you choose to connect, such as email, documents, calendars, CRM or social media accounts. We access these only with your permission and only to set up, operate and maintain your assistants. We also keep contact, billing and project records.

How we use information

• To respond to your questions and schedule calls.
• To provide, maintain and improve the services you hire us for.
• To communicate with you about your project and account.
• To keep the site and our systems secure and working properly.
• To meet legal, tax and accounting obligations.

Client data is used only to provide the service to that client. We don't sell it, and we don't use it to advertise to you.

How we share information

We do not sell or rent personal information. We share it only:

• With service providers that help us run the business, such as website hosting, scheduling, email and the software tools that power your assistants, only as needed to provide the service.
• For legal reasons, when required by law or to protect our rights, our clients or others.
• With your direction or consent, for example when you ask your assistant to send or post something.
• In a business transfer, such as a merger or sale, subject to this policy.

Cookies and analytics

This site doesn't use analytics, advertising pixels or tracking cookies, and it doesn't set cookies of its own. A few third parties are involved when you use it:

• Netlify hosts the site and keeps standard server logs.
• Google Fonts delivers the site's typeface, so your browser connects to Google's servers, which receive your IP address.
• Calendly handles booking. When you click “Book a call,” you leave our site, and Calendly's own privacy policy and cookies apply.

How long we keep information

We keep information only as long as we need it for the purposes above. Inquiry and booking details are kept while we're in contact and for a reasonable time afterward. Client records are kept for the length of our work together and as required for legal, tax and accounting purposes. When a client relationship ends, we remove our access to connected accounts and delete or return client business data on request, unless we're legally required to keep it.

Security

We use reasonable safeguards to protect information, including connecting to client tools through their own permission systems, limiting access to the people who need it, and removing access we no longer need. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we can't guarantee absolute security.

Your choices and rights

• Access, correction and deletion. Email us at Owner@GKCustomAI.com to ask what information we have about you, to correct it or to delete it. We may need to verify your identity, and we may keep some information where the law requires.
• Connected accounts. Clients control which accounts are connected to their assistants and can disconnect any of them at any time, either in that tool's settings or by asking us.
• Email. You can ask us to stop contacting you at any time.

Residents of some U.S. states, such as California, may have additional privacy rights under their state's laws. Contact us and we'll respond as required by applicable law.

Children

Our site and services are meant for businesses and are not directed to children under 13. We don't knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has sent us information, contact us and we'll delete it.

Links to other sites

Our site links to other services, such as Calendly and Instagram. We aren't responsible for their privacy practices, so please review their policies.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we'll post the new version here and change the effective date above.
